Want to raise some chickens in your farm? This is a small taste of what to expect when it comes to chickens. It is the easiest one to start with. Make sure to purchase a coop, have some wood, gold, and stone handy for your purchase, make some farm space, and have some fun.

NOTES ABOUT CHICKENS AND THEIR EGGS

- When purchased, all animals start as small ones (except for a few later on) . They will take a few in game days to mature (Chickens take 3)

- They will produce an egg 1 per day (4 chickens allowed in a small coop as shown in the video) . They are small eggs to start with.

- Egg quality can go from simple to iridium if lucky. More quality means more sale price

- Eggs can be used to eat them directly, cook them using learned recipes, incubated in upgraded coops, be sold, and turned into mayonnaise using the machine

- Large eggs also have a chance to be laid if you start petting the chickens and their mood is high. Ive gotten lucky in this run. Note that certain professions will enhance this chance.

- The type of chicken you get is random (white or brown) when purchased. You can name them. In addition, two other types of chickens are available provided that you go late game stuff

- At the upgraded coops (cost more gold and stuff), you can use the incubator to produce more eggs and hatch more (limit will be based on the style of coop. In addition, upgraded coops will be able to house more animals. Basic coops (shown in this preview) will only allow four chickens
