5 eggs room temperature
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 cup sugar
8 oz. cream cheese room temperature
1/2 cup milk room temperature
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup flour
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
