Western Michigan bar suing metro Detroit bar over "beer exchange"

A Kalamazoo company is suing a metro Detroit bar over stock-market style beer pricing. "The Beer Exchange" filed a lawsuit against Dick O'Dows in Birmingham when they found out they decided to open a room called "The Dow Beer Exchange." The idea is simple, stock exchange-style boards all over the bar with beer prices fluctuating based on what's selling.
