Craig Paardekooper studied Life Sciences at the University of London; he is currently studying for a Masters in Computer Science.

He has worked as a software developer - in the UK. He created howbadismybatch.com to alert people to the side effects of COVID vaccines.

Tonight he is going to tell us about vaccine safety signals - how they are calculated - and what they tell us.

He has launched an online search tool that is now available for people to check out the safety of vaccines. The search tool is based on 33 years of data for vaccine side effects.

A user can input a vaccine and it will display:

1. all the symptoms for that vaccine

2. a safety signal if the incidence of a symptom is higher than expected (based on the incidence of that symptom with all the other vaccines)

In the talk that follows Craig will discuss some interesting findings produced by the search tool - including –

1. cancer safety signals

2. amyloid safety signals

3. thrombosis safety signals

4. cardiac safety signals

5. menstrual safety signals

6. effects on the foetus
