Israeli Airstrike Destroys Home in Deir Al Balah | VOA News

An Israeli airstrike hit the area around Al Aqsa Hospital in Gaza City on Saturday after the health facility was warned to evacuate.

The airstrike struck the family home of Abu Asad, some 200 yards from the hospital where Palestinian Red Crescent crews operate.

Witnesses said the attack killed 12 Palestinians in the household and trapped another five people under the rubble.

It was one in a barrage of heavy airstrikes on Gaza City and northern Gaza early Saturday as Israel continues to intensify its bombardment two weeks after Hamas' unprecedented Oct. 7 attack that killed 1,400 Israelis. #Israel #Palestinian #reels #videography #voanews
