According to cops in West Palm Beach, officers were called to the Double Tree by Hilton around 7:45 a.m. last May 23. Reported overdose.

Her hubby, John Pitts and her kids were in the room at the time. She was naked and unresponsive. In the room, cops found a crack pipe, a small baggie with white residue and a needle packed into her purse, The Daily Beast reported.

A tox screen showed that flowing through Adriano’s system was methadone, fentanyl and alprazolam.

The medical examiner and cops do not view her death as suspicious.

While it may be that a court would not convict anyone of murder, it would seem that her death really amounts to the same thing.

Adriano testified at Maxwell’s trial: “And I looked at Virginia and she eye-motioned to me to say, ‘don’t worry, it will be OK.’ Forty-five minutes into the massage, he flipped over. I stepped back and Virginia climbed on top of him and proceeded to have sex with him.

Maxwell, 61, was convicted in December 2021 and then hammered with 20 years in prison at her sentencing six months later.

“I’m not ashamed at being a victim of Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell,” Adriana later said. “For other girls that have been victimized, I want them to know that it is OK to come out and tell somebody even if you don’t want to be identified and the sooner, the better.”

But carrying the burden of horrific abuse and decades of authorities blowing off the growing mountain of evidence of Epstein and Maxwell’s sickening crimes took a toll.

Adriano admitted her struggles with drugs on the witness stand.

As I said, the autopsy said accidental drug overdose. But really, the facts suggest her death amounts to murder and Epstein and Maxwell are ultimately responsible.
