Keto Panna Cotta - Six Different Versions - So Easy, So Delicious!

Prior to this video, I had never eaten panna cotta, an Italian chilled molded dessert. All I can say is "WOW". I may have just found my new favorite keto dessert. This is so easy to make and packs so much flavor payoff, I'll be making this a lot going forward.

The base version has only 3g net carbs and the toppings or add-ins that I used probably only raise them by 1g (if that). If you're looking to add more fat to these, use half-and-half instead of whole milk. I've also had viewers say that they have substituted almond milk or coconut milk for the whole milk.

In this video, I make the following variations: vanilla, coffee, matcha, blueberry, topped with lime zest, and topped with grated dark chocolate and crushed hazelnuts.
