Unilateral Training 💪🏼 Why? 👇🏾
Single (Heavy) Dumbbell Workout. This and using a kettlebell is my favorite way to work out. Moving unilaterally really helps stabilize and fires your core. It helps with imbalances and prevents injuries. **By training in an imbalanced fashion you are forcing those joints, tendons, and muscles to work extra hard to keep you in balance.
Suggestions. Each drill 30 seconds. 10 seconds rest. Or maybe longer work and rests. You can pick ❤️ lots of timer apps available.
