Pistol Squat Guide: DAY 3 Quads 🦵

#pistolsquatguide 📖 DAY 3
February 13-20

1) slow, deep squats. Add some pulses and time under tension
2) squat down, pistol leg raises, duck lunge up
3) sissy squats. As slow as you can. Kneeling hip hinges would make a good modification if these are too hard.

Party Lineup:

Day 1 - Dorsiflexion
Day 2 - Hip flexor
Day 3 - Quad strength
Day 4 - Pistol negatives
Day 5 - Step downs
Day 6 - Balance drill or sequence Day 7 -Unilateral squat (show your fav)
Day 8 - Modified pistol or full
