What Did Biden’s Administration Do to Enable Hamas’ Terrorist Attack?

Biden has blood on his hands as money was allowed to flow into Iran’s coffers, which then most certainly went to arming Hamas. Yes, Biden finally condemned Hamas' terrorist brutality and expressed solidarity with Israel. But it doesn’t change the fact that he had lifted sanctions essentially handing Iran $6 billion. We know where that money goes… straight to Hamas.
