- No Guardian Rank until level 72.
- Must use character specific Terror anointment.
- Terror anointed weapons only.
- Only ghost drops until first Heck run.
- Heck Farming only. No Boss farming until level 72.
- Must have all Bloody Harvest items in inventory.
- No limit on manufacturer.
- Use only Bloody Harvest cosmetics.
- Only use skag pet; named Z3R0.
