Ingredients:

45 g rolled oats(1/2 cup)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tbsp ground flax seeds
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
180 ml milk(use your favorite)3/4 cup
100 g frozen raspberries(3/4 cup)
lemon juice
put on medium heat
80 g greek yogurt(or your choice)
1 tbsp honey/ maple syrup
refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight
