Ingredients:

90 g rolled oats(~1 cup)
20 g protein powder(~1/4 cup)
1 banana(120 g without peel)
1-2 tbsp peanut butter
50 g dark chocolate/ 1.75 oz
30 ml of your favorite milk(2 tbsp)
chopped pistachios and walnuts
refrigerate for 2 hours
