Ingredients:

80 g rolled oats(~1 cup)
a pinch of salt
10 g finely ground hazelnuts/ coconut flour
1 tsp baking powder/ 5 g
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
30 g pitted dates(1/4 cup)
1 apple and 1 medium carrot
2 eggs/ or flax eggs
1 tbsp coconut oil/ or your choice
30 g chopped nuts (1/3 cup)
bake 30-35 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F
