Sweden in October is so COLD 🥶

Welcome back beautiful souls 😘 sending out love to all from a very cold Sweden! 🥶 I’m really having to go above and beyond to stay in alignment within myself while experiencing these severe weather conditions… and the thing is this is nothing compared with what those in the north of Sweden experience 🤯
I don’t even want to imagine what it’s like in the most northern parts of the world 🙈

It goes without saying, we cannot live our lives affected by the weather -only able to enjoy ourselves while the sun shines… So, there must be a trick to this and that trick involves tapping in to our inner source of sunlight. That which is always there, goes with you wherever you go and is never effected by external factors. Unaffected by rain, snow or cold and harsh weather conditions! Nope 🤭 this inner sunshine shines from within and never goes away even in the darkest of winters ❄️

Sooo I guess there’s no where to go but within!
The only way out is in ;)
