To HAVE MORE than 9 CATS is a CRIMINAL OFFENCE in SWEDEN - my SENTENCE

I had a few more than nine cats - once unwanted, abbandoned, neglected - that I had spayed and neutered, taken over as my own cats, given a home, food, shelter....... Because I had no permit to have more than nine - I am a vet and had had a permit for 25 which they removed for reasons that are a mystery to me - because of this criminal offence i was sentenced and fined a rather big amount of money. The word prison was mentioned. They made a BIG DEAL of this. Mostly because the defendent was ME and they have taken an almost grotesque pleasure in punishing me.
They would not prosecute, drag into court and sentence any other Swedish citizen for such a defence. Any other might get a warning, nothing more. Any other citizen having far more than nine cats that are not spayed, neutered, more or less neglected, not looked after properly is NOT EVEN controlled.
Well, that is SWEDEN.
My video consists of this sentence (dom) and an article in the local paper. Both local authorities, courts and news-papers are deeply entwined.
Again, this is SWEDEN.
