How to add wrist and knuckles straps to the PSVR2 controller for the PlayStation 5 cheap

This is a way for adding a knuckles and wrist straps to PSVR2 controller.
The idea for the knuckles is originally from a post on reddit by user u/pocketmnky found here: https://www.reddit.com/r/PSVR/comments/11dghn5/simplejanky_knucklesstyle_mod_using_the_existing/

I added the wrist strap so one can use the hands without letting go of the controller, this is a combination of both ideas.

I used cheap elastic hair bands you can find on any convenience store,
and a 3D print model clip strap found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4592294
but if you don't have a 3D printer any clip strap will do the work as long as is tight.
