God is Eternal, & Timeless. God is not governed by time or space. His depth, height, and dominion are immortal. His majesty upholds the universe by the word of his powerful existence.

In the Beginning - Time
God created the Heavens-Space and the Earth's Matter
TIME, SPACE, MATTER-

God created the universe of time, space, and matter, He did so instantaneously, by His own preeminence and spoken well.
