Self love is the most important love of all - especially if you are a big-hearted person who gives to others. I love the saying “you can’t pour from an empty cup.” They key is to fill your cup yourself, rather than relying on others to do it for you. When we don’t love ourselves, we are easy marks to be taken advantage of. Be your biggest supporter.
