Peaceful Transition of Military Power

General Walker telling EVERYBODY there was a PEACEFUL Transition of Military Power. This all connects to the Law of War Manual with the United States Military Occupying a FOREIGN Territory known as Washington DC. Donald J. Trump recently stated that whenever he returns they are going to FEDERALIZE Washington DC. This proves without a shadow of a doubt that Washington DC is in fact a FOREIGN territory.
