4 tabata rounds. 8 exercises. 30 seconds work / 10 seconds rest. No warm up on this one so give yourself a few minutes to stretch and prepare or start a little gentler and ease your way in by the end of the first tabata!

Dumbbell can work here too! Go heavy for an extra challenge, but remember that form comes first!
