🌟 Come into funky dolphin & turn one forearm in parallel to front edge of mat, the other hand on fingertips
🌟 Lift & bend the same leg as forearm down & grab the top of the foot with the opposite hand
🌟 Bend bottom knee if needed to make that foot grab then straighten the leg
🌟 Lean forward, open the top shoulder to lift top knee high & arm straight up
🌟 Modify as needed, have fun!
