Missouri public schools move forward with massive bond initiatives on November 7

On November 7, 2023 many Missouri school districts will be voting on school bonds. In fact this will be happening nation-wide. It will happen again for other districts in April of 2024. While this is not necessarily abnormal for schools to be asking for money what is abnormal is the AMOUNT of schools asking for money and that the vast majority of them are trying to get the maximum amount of money they can ask for by law and doing so before they knew what they were going to spend the money on. So why would public schools in Iowa, Idaho, California, Missouri...etc. all be doing the same thing at the same time? We have new data to share about this tonight.
