As people get older if you're weak and you're sitting and you're not moving and you're not using your brain and you're not eating very well it's sort of just an ongoing decline. And I will not accept that for myself and I will not accept that for any of my patients who say no I'm just going to sit on the sofa now I don't want to do any exercise I can't do any exercise. That will not take anyone anywhere good with the health no matter what medication they're given
