150 g frozen blueberries/ 5.3 oz
lemon juice
45 g rolled oats(1/2 cup)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
180 ml of your favorite milk(3/4 cup)
100 g yogurt(10% fat) 1/3 cup
1 tablespoon honey/ maple syrup
refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight
