The most tender cake I have ever eaten! Easy and delicious yogurt cake! No corn starch!

Incredibly tasty and fast! Very tasty and easy cake! Cake in 15 minutes. Recipe without corn starch and without oil. Very healthy and easy yoghurt cake. Delicate dessert that melts in the mouth.

Ingredients:

3 eggs
separate the yolks from the whites
40 g sweetener(stevia/or your choice) ~1/4 cup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
260 g yogurt(10% fat) 1 cup
orange peel/ or lemon
1 tablespoon orange/lemon juice
35 g rice flour/ almond flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
a pinch of salt
bake 35-40 minutes at 160°C/320°F
