Ingredients:

3 medium eggs(at room temperature)
60 ml coconut oil(1/4 cup)
60 ml maple syrup(1/4 cup)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
180 g almond flour(~2 cups)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
100 g berries(3.5 oz)
bake 18-20 minutes at 180°C/360°F
