Take oats, nuts and oranges and make this delicious and healthy cake! No flour, no sugar!

Ingredients:

2-3 oranges
1 ripe banana(140 g without peel)
240 g rolled oats (2 3/4 cups)
50 g nuts (1/2 cup)
a pinch of salt
1-2 tbsp sweetener(stevia/or your choice) optional
1 teaspoon baking soda
40 ml coconut oil(3 tbsp) or other oil
20 x 10 cm / 8 x 4 inches baking form
200 g frozen berries(1 cup) or your choice
bake 35-40 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F
