Abstinence VS Moderation | Dopamine Focused Warrior | Recap & Aftermath

It has now been over two weeks since I ended the 5 week dopamine fast, Dopamine Focused Warrior. What has happened since then? Have I continued my new lifestyle? Fallen back into old behaviours? Or a bit of both?

Non-Negotiable Activities:
- No Alcohol/Narcotics
- No PMO (NoFap Hard Mode)
- 30 Minutes Physical Exercise Minimum
- 30 Minutes Meditation Minimum
- Maximum 2 Hours Digital Recreation

Bonus Activities:
A) No Junk Food/Sugar
B) 1HR Reading/Writing
C) 1HR Blog/12 Steps
D) Maximum 1 HR Digital Recreation

Activities That Are Allowed Include:
- Nothing (just mindfully being with yourself)
- Writing/Journaling
- Reading Books
- Taking Walks
- Setting Goals
- Cleaning/Tidying Up/Household Actvities
- Spending Time With Pets
- Studying/Doing An Online Course
