A mansion used to sit on a now-vacant corner lot on Lincoln Avenue in Walnut Hills, according to lifelong neighborhood resident Clarence Taylor. "I would like to see maybe townhouses, condos possibly, there," he said. The property is one of four the city is promoting for redevelopment at an "RFP Block Party" at Over-the-Rhine's Union Hall at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at 1311 Vine St. The properties include the Groton lot at Garfield Place Downtown, 830 Lincoln Ave. in Walnut Hills, 3916 Reading Road in North Avondale and 3540 Ibsen Ave. in Oakley.  Click here for more information about the properties and click here to RSVP for the block party. Additionally, the city is looking for someone who can design an app to help make parking easier.
