Ford Motor Company making it easier for working parents to spend time with kids
6 years ago
Ford Motor Company is now making it easier for working parents to spend more time with their kids. The company is announcing a new 10-year plan this morning, and we're told to see the changes soon. Part of the rollout includes a new emphasis on new families, specifically something called "new parent days." It means an additional 10 paid days, flexible for any salaried U.S. employee, who is becoming a new parent will now have the option to take those additional paid leave days following the first year of birth or adoption.
