Classes will resume at Macomb Community College on Wednesday after a reported gunman prompted a lockdown at the college on Tuesday night. It started when someone called in the report of a man with a gun on the campus, which led to the school sending out alerts to students to shelter in place. Police were called in, including K9s and helicopters and the campus was locked down for nearly three hours. Around 9 p.m., the lockdown was lifted when police couldn't find the gunman.  He is described as a white male carrying an assault rifle and wearing camouflage.
