Los Angeles Housing Update, Prices remain Resilient for now but Are Values now Slipping?

LA housing market has obstacles in its way such as these high mortgage rates not seen in 23 years or so. Home affordability is at record levels so if the economy softens anymore or inflation continues to drive upward, some may feel that prices may fall (in some cases already falling)!
