Silent film produced by the American Mutoscope and Biograph Company, the first company in the United States dedicated entirely to the production and exhibition of films.

In this exhibition of Professor Leonidas' troop of cats and dogs, one of the dogs is shown stealing dinner and putting a cat on the table to cover up his crime.

Shot by G. W. Bitzer, who would develop the camera techniques that would be the standard for all later films.
