Try Out the Jejun Hamada - Moroccan Roasted Chicken
If there's one Moroccan dish you have to try, it's the Jejun Hamada, which translates to roasted chicken. This one-pan, oven version of the dish is a simplified and lazy approach to making it. It's a recipe my mom makes at least once a week.

Ingredients:
Olive oil
Yogurt
Paprika
Cumin
Salt
Black pepper
Turmeric
Onion powder
Garlic
Parsley
Cilantro
Chicken drumsticks
Potatoes
Lemon wedges
Olives
Preserved lemons
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, mix together olive oil, yogurt, paprika, cumin, salt, black pepper, turmeric, onion powder, garlic, parsley, and cilantro.
Add the chicken drumsticks, potatoes, and lemon wedges to the marinade, ensuring they are coated well.
Transfer the mixture to a roasting pan and place it in the preheated oven.
Roast for about 45-50 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
Remove the pan from the oven and add olives and preserved lemons to the platter.
Serve and enjoy!
