The Indianapolis City-County Council approved several ordinances Monday in relation to parking and laws against making turns near the Red Line – the city’s upcoming bus rapid transit project. During Red Line construction, specific lanes will be created for the bus rapid transit system and other IndyGo vehicles. The general public will be prohibited from using these lanes and drivers will face a penalty if they utilize the lanes.
