COP TAZES AND THEN SHOOTS INNOCENT 14 YR OLD!

A women calls the police on 2 teens walking to a friends house at 8am. when the cops show up things go terribly wrong for the teens. The cop (says) it was a mistake when he pulled his pistol instead of his tazer and shot the innocent teen.
