Morphus podcast

Recommend changing up fast method occasionally...
-establish pattern first to make it easier to start
Example: cutting out snacks and breakfast
-body is accustomed and hunger goes away
If hit plateau, then change it up
-go longer; go stricter
Similar to exercise where, when progress
is stalled, you make changes

Should you do a day without fasting?
-depends on goal
Example: if in poor health, stick with the fasting plan
but, if doing well, and want a cheat day, go ahead
Problem: often, on holiday, make it a cheat day,
but, then don't make up for it...so progress lags
-need to have equal period of eating less
to make up for the overeating
