Morphus podcast

You will get hungry during a fast...
-for most, during fast, when time to eat, hunger goes up, but
-soon goes back down
Example: fast, at noon, hunger goes up
dinner time: ghrelin does not go up...body took energy from
body fat
"Body essentially has fed itself on body fat"
-you are no longer hungry
-if you can ignore wave of hunger for 90 min.
-it will pass
-hunger is also due to habit

Simply train yourself to eat less often...
Example: I skipped breakfast for many years
-now I am no longer hungry in mornings
-New habits will help you fast on a regular basis
-at this point, no will power is needed. It is natural.
Compared to dieting, where constantly have to decide
-what to eat
-how much
A lot of the myths turn out to be false
-most are the OPPOSITE of what happens

When I started to research this ten years ago...
-science was already there, but perceptions were wrong
-so, I just had to get the knowledge out there for people to see
Nothing is stopping us from doing this
