Gov’t owes NWSC over 80bn UGX- Dr. Emmanuel Otala, Budaama South MP, vows to help collect payments.

The Chairperson of the Parliamentary Committee on Natural Resources and Member of Parliament for Budaama South, Dr. Emmanuel Otala, has committed to assisting the National Water and Sewerage Corporation in collecting payments for utilities from government agencies.
This comes in response to a disclosure from the National Water and Sewerage Corporation regarding losses incurred due to non-payment of utilities by government agencies.
Members of the Parliamentary Committee were on a familiarization tour of Bugoloobi waste water Treatment Plant near Kampala.
