OREGON Senator Rob Wagner AGAIN demonstrates he does NOT know Oregon law

Oregon Senate President again shows that he doesn't understand current Oregon law. Senate members walked out because HB2002 is heinous. The bill would give children access to gender affirming care, puberty blockers and surgery without parent knowledge. As well as any health care provider who provides it will not be held liable.
