OREGON Senator Rob Wagner does not know OREGON LAW -PT1 interview

Oregon Senator & Senate President Rob Wagner explains that HB 2002 is necessary to preserve the right of abortion in Oregon. WHY DOES the Senator not know that in 2017 Kate Brown codified into law abortion for all as well as it is paid for by tax dollars. There is no reason to pass HB 2002. The only reason imaginable is to give kids access to treatments such as puberty blockers and surgeries that will mutilate them. This is why Oregon Senators walked out in the legislative session.
