1 Shot 1 Kill with the Savage 110BA 338 Lapua, using the Kestrel 4500NV with Applied Ballistics. I attempt a cold bore head shot in varying moderate to heavy winds at a distance of 500 Yards. Target used is 3/8" thick AR500 IPSC size. Bullet used is a solid copper 278gr MTAC from Cutting Edge Bullets. Scope is a Nightforce NXS with an Accuracy 1st scope level.
