137. My Selfish Reason For Figuring Out What's in it for the Employee

As a business owner, I spend a lot of time trying to figure out what’s in it for the employee.

Some would say too much time.

My motivations are not as altruistic as my critics think.

In fact, my whole reason for figuring out what’s in it for the employee is pretty selfish.
