Burnout set after heavy triples (225x15). #chestworkout #antiaging

If you don't use burnout sets at the end of each exercise I would strongly recommend giving it a try. Worked up to heavy triples then finished up with a burnout set of 225 for 15 before hopping into accessory work...#fitdad #exercise #fitnessmotivation #chestworkout #antiaging
