#AloBoutPilates DAY 5 “Prone” just means face down/ belly down so here’s a fun add on flow to challenge your brain and whole body 🔥

This is very sped up! Go slow. Exhale on exertion. 🌬️

Pilates exercises stem from the core, our “power house.” Choose a couple, copy the whole sequence or see what the other hosts have offered. Some will be on apparatus while I’ll be hosting equipment free.

So grab your mat and feel free to try the exercises we share or share the Pilates exercises you love the most!
