Ingredients and preparation:
1 chicken (weight 2.5 kg)
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried onion
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
¼ teaspoon hot red pepper
½ teaspoon ground cumin
Black pepper
1 onion
Hot pepper (to taste)
1 small tomato
1 pepper
Zest of 1 lemon
Juice of ½ lemon
Coriander and parsley
6-7 cloves of garlic
2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
Bake at 220C for 70-85 minutes
Roast until the internal temperature reaches 75-80°C
