Bird Photography IN MUMBAI - In search of the COPPERSMITH BARBET

In my second attempt at bird photography from my rooftop, I chose the Coppersmith Barbet as my main subject. I transformed a portable changing room / tent into a wildlife photography hide (sort of) in order to conceal my presence from the birds and in the hope of getting sightings that were even closer.

The tent was eventually dropped due to the lack of ventilation cut-outs and its restricted view. 5 visits and 8 odd hours later, the birds had eventually gotten used to me and I finally got to photograph some intimate close ups.
