In this episode, I chat with Tessa Grigg – educator, kinesiologist and child development lecturer at the University of Canterbury (New Zealand).
We touch on the abundance of stressors impacting children in the modern world and holistic approaches to helping them thrive. In particular, we focus on the inestimable value of music and movement.
