Ingredients:
1 Leg of lamb
1 tsp coriander seeds
half tsp chili flakes
1 tsp Paprika
3 cloves
1 tsp pepper corn
half tsp cumin seeds
half tsp nutmeg
half tsp turmeric
2 tsp salt
